Our team uses special effects like fire, colorful powder, and smoke to create stunning, dynamic photographs that truly capture your athletic spirit. We can bring the studio to you or meet you on the field.

Cancellation Policy

1. I agree that the sitting/booking fee of $100 will be paid at the time of the photoshoot. 2. The Photographer will have all watermarked images uploaded to a private gallery with in a 3 week period unless other other complications may stop this from being completed. If this occurs the photographer will make contact with client to advise on the extended date. 3. Once order is paid in full client will receive digital images via email/ private link where they can upload the full resolution images that they have paid for. Prints/canvas/albums may take up to 5 weeks to be printed and shipped unless other complications may impede this from being completed in time as such the photographer will contact the client to arrange an alternative date. 4. If client uses any images on a social platform such as Facebook, Instagram they must use social images that have been provided by photographer or the client must credit the photographer. 5. The client must not defame the photographer/business in any way shape or form including on social media platform. If the client is found to be doing so the photographer has the right to pursue LEAGAL ACTION. 6. If digital images purchased from the photographer are printed at other printing labs the photographer claims NO RESPONSIBILITY in the overall look, print or quality of the image. 7. Orders must be made within the 3 days allocated by the photographer. 8. Purchased digital images must be downloaded to computer/external hardrive with in 14days. The photographer is not responsible if the client does not do so. 9. All images will be permanently deleted after 30days unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing and signed by both - a fee maybe put in place. 10. COPYRIGHT - it is illegal to screenshot, copy or replicate any images. The photographer has the right to pursue LEGAL ACTION. 11. In the event of a natural disaster or pandemic or illness the photographer has the right to reschedule the date. 12. For Consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing this release I hereby give the Photographer / Filmmaker and Assigns my permission to license the Content and to use the Content in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. 12a.
